At Best Fit Shoes we offer some of the best online prices in Australia, but in order to do this we keep our operating costs low. By clicking the checkout button, you agree that you have selected your correct size based on the style guide provided by the shoe manufacturer and have read and understood the Best Fit Shoes returns and refunds policy. 

Return Policy for Change of Mind:

The team at Best Fit Shoes is dedicated to offering the best possible customer service and shopping experience for our customers. To ensure the best shopping experience for our customers, Best Fit Shoes offers a Hassle Free Returns Policy which allows customers to return an item for any reason. An item that is not on the excluded list, which is in new condition, with all original packaging and tags attached and no damage or marks on the item, can be returned for any reason 7 days within receipt of their order. For a return to be processed, the customer must notify our team via email at shoes@bestfitshoes.com.au within 7 days of receiving their order. Once the customer has contacted our team and received confirmation of their eligibility for a return or refund, the customer will be informed of the best return address. The product should be packaged in the same way it was received and if it has been found to be purposely damaged, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. In the case of return due to change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer will be required to pay for the return shipping cost and provide Best Fit Shoes the tracking number. An $18 restocking fee applies for refunds and for an exchange a postage fee of $18 applies. The customer will have their refund or exchange processed once the product has been examined by a team member and found to be in new condition as previously specified.

For hygiene reasons, the following items are excluded from our Hassle Free Returns Policy and can only be returned if they are faulty: 

  • Socks
  • Flip Flops
  • Sandals

Return Policy for Product Fault/Unforeseen Allergy:

At Best Fit Shoes, high quality products and customer satisfaction are very important to us. Therefore, in the rare case of a product fault or unforeseen allergy caused by a material, we are happy to process exchanges, refunds and returns at no cost to the customer. The fault will need to be adequately documented through images and sent with a short explanation to our customer service team at: shoes@bestfitshoes.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product. Once our customer service team has responded to inform you that a return is possible, they will inform you of the best location to send the products for examination before processing any refunds or exchanges. The product should be packaged in the same way it was received and if it has been found to be damaged on purpose, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. In the case of a faulty product, there will be no restocking fee and the standard cost for sending the product by post will be reimbursed once the return is processed.
